About the Event
The Wild Rose Family Expo is a large-scale, mission-driven community event designed to connect children and families with the programs, services, and businesses that support their growth and well-being.
On May 16, 2026, thousands of families will gather at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center for a full day of activities, resources, entertainment, and opportunities to discover organizations that serve children and families across the Northland.
We anticipate welcoming 6,000+ attendees from Duluth and the greater Northland region.
This event is intentionally curated to feature child- and family-focused organizations and businesses that align with our mission.

Exhibitors must align with a child- and family-centered mission.
Applications that do not align with the mission of the event will not be approved.
Booth Options
& Location Selection
Exhibitors will select their preferred booth location during registration.
Booth pricing is based on:

Booth size
-
Booth placement within the event layout
-
Proximity to high-traffic areas and activity zones
Premium locations — including spaces near entrances, main aisles, stage areas, and Kids Fun Zones — are priced accordingly due to increased visibility and foot traffic.
Standard booth spaces offer excellent engagement opportunities within designated exhibitor sections.
A detailed floor map and available booth locations will be provided during the registration process, allowing exhibitors to choose their space before checkout.
Booth availability is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration & Approval
All exhibitor registration is handled exclusively through our official website.
We do not authorize third parties to sell booth space.
We will never request payment through Facebook comments or direct messages.
If you are unsure about any communication regarding booth sales, please contact us directly before submitting payment.
Vendor Participation Incentives
We are proud to support organizations that serve children and families in our community.
Verified nonprofit organizations receive 25% off a standard vendor booth (discount not valid on corner booths).
Qualified nonprofits may request a discount code before registering by contacting our team.
Interactive Booth Experience
Vendors who bring an interactive activity that engages children or families at their booth will receive a $100 credit toward participation in the 2027 Wild Rose Family Expo.
Family Giveaway Credit
Vendors who provide a tangible take-home item that benefits children or families will receive a $50 credit toward the 2027 Wild Rose Family Expo.
Qualifying giveaways must be physical items intended for use by families, such as:

health or wellness products

personal care items
-
small educational tools
-
practical household items
Items such as candy, stickers, coupons, paper handouts, and promotional materials do not qualify for the giveaway credit.
To qualify for the giveaway credit, vendors must provide a minimum of 250 items available for attendees during the event.
These incentives encourage vendors to create engaging experiences for families while providing meaningful resources for children in our community.
